Plot Plans
Also commonly referred to as a “site plan,” a plot plan is a bird’s eye view diagram showing buildings, landscape features, utilities, roads, and other equipment within a given area. These drawings are typically used to plan for new construction and verify or resolve any conflicts with existing property features.

Residential Plans
Often referred to as a “floor plan”, these drawings provide for the layout of a residential home, showing the orientation and dimension of rooms, hallways, stairwells, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other features.
